#Wanderlust

Es sollte mehr Wochenenden geben. Und vor allem längere. Unsere Instagram-Follower haben es schon gesehen: ich war wieder in meiner Lieblingsecke von Deutschland, bei Nessa, im Allgäu. Außerdem war eine weitere Freundin mit dabei, die ihr – ich bin mir sicher – direkt an ihrem Einhornhaar erkennen werdet.

What about a petition for more weekends? Or at least for longer weekends? Our Instagram-Follower already know: I was again on vacation on my favourite spot oof Germany, down south where Nessa lives, in the Allgäu. And luckily this time another friend joined us,. And I am shure you will immediately recognize her by her unicorn hair.

 Wir haben selbsterklärend geflochten, Fotos gemacht und was das Essen und den Sport angeht, müssen wir uns auch definitiv nicht verstecken.

Of course we braided and of course we took tons of photos and talking about activity and food we definitely don’t have to hide also. 

Erste Eindrücke heute also heute hier und auf haartraumfrisuren.de von unserem perfekten Samstag in der Nähe von Füssen und Schloss Neuschwanstein. Ich bin gespannt, welche Fotos Nessa rausgesucht hat, ich kann mich immer noch gar nicht recht entscheiden geschweigendenn sattsehen.

So first impressions of our perfect Saturday nearby Füssen and Neuschwanstein today here and on haartraumfrisuren.de . I am curious which photos Nessa has picked as I am still overwhelmed by the amount of really good shots. 

Gestartet sind wir am türkisblauen Lech.

Beim Arbeiten an dieser Bilderreihe sind außerdem auch Videos entstanden, die ihr bei @ladyamalthea84 und @haartraum auf Instagram sehen könnt, eigentlich setzen die dem ganzen noch die Krone auf. Mir wäre beim Filmen schon die Kinnlade runtergeklappt, hätte die nicht sowieso schon im Kiesbett gelegen wegen, naja, dem Anblick eben.
We started down at the Lech, a turquoise cold mountain river. 

We not only took photos but also made small films which you can find on the Instagram accounts  of @haartraum and @LadyAmalthea84.  For me these films are somehow the crown  of the shoot as motion pictures are still something more impressive than static images as long hair is nothing rigid but flowing and swinging.

Nach einer kleinen Picknickpause ging es weiter Richtung Schloss Neuschwanstein. Nicht ohne Zwischenstopp für Blumenzöpfe (in die hatten wir uns ja vor ein paar Wochen schon verliebt).

After a short picknick break we hiked through the forest to visitis Neuschwanstein castle. Not without a braiding interruption making floral hairart we already fell in love with a few weeks ago.

 Und dann schließlich Schloss Neuschwanstein. Im Übrigen ziemlich unmöglich das Schloss zu fotografieren, ohne einen Ameisenhaufen an Menschen mit vor der Linse zu haben.

And than we reached the castle. Besides that it is almost impossible to take nice photos of Neuschwanstein without a swarm of people on the pics too.

Wieder runter und auf dem Rückweg versuchen, nicht von Bremsen gefressen zu werden.

Wobei die Spinnen auf dieser wunderschönen Wiese auch soooo groß waren. Aber die wollte uns zumindest nicht ans Blut. Achtung Beweisfoto:

Back down trying not to be eaten by the bugs but that spider was also pretty large (but at least friendly and not interested in our blood). Beware of the photo of evidence!

Und Sprung! Und Wurf!

„Und wenn du noch einmal sagst, dass deine Haare doof sind…!“

Ja, die beiden haben ja Recht. Aber ab und an war ich ein bisschen eingeschüchtert, von diesen zwei Ausnahmemähnen. Wobei man bei beiden auch auf die Idee kommen könnte, dass tolle Haare an Freundlichkeit gekoppelt wären. Also nicht nur an Pflege, Gene, Gesundheit und Geduld. Schadet aber vielleicht nicht dieses Gerücht in die Welt zu setzen. Für mehr lange Haare und mehr Freundlichkeit.

„Andi f you mention just one more time, that your hair is not beautiful…!“ 
Yes, I know, the ladies are so right. But can you understand me? I sometimes felt a but intimidated by these extraordinary manes. But when we talk about both of them, you could get the impression, that long hair is connected to friendliness. Not just good care, genes, health and patience. But let’s plant this legend it won’t hurt to have more people around us aiming for long hair and for friendliness.

Und nach etwa 12km Wanderung mit einigen Höhenmetern und Sprungintervallen dazwischen (aka Haarfotos machen - gilt das als Plyometrics?) sind wir abends zurück gekommen, um uns mit dieser Himbeer-Karamel-Cookiecrumble-Eistorte, die Nessa und ich am Vortag vorbeireitet hatten, zu belohnen. Verdient, wie ich finde!

And after 12km of walk with several meters of altitude and jumping intervals (aka taking hairphotos - does that count as plyometrics?) we drove back home to reward ourselves with this raspberry caramel cookie crumble icecream cake Nessa and I prepared the day before. We definitely earned it!
